After receiving cleared payment, most orders should be received within 7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays), however, if a product is out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. Products needing to be ordered from different suppliers may be shipped separately, and in this instance no extra shipping charges will be incurred. You will be advised by email should this be the case. We appreciate your patience.
We can deliver to a business address, private address or post office box, however, please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address, as a re-delivery fee will be charged should your parcel be returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally an item will be out of stock, and in this instance you will be emailed and advised of the expected delay. Generally, items should be available again within a few days. In the event that we are unable to complete your order due to our supplier being out of stock, you will be notified and that item will be cancelled from your order and a refund given.
Any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery is not our responsibility as this is handled by the carrier, and Smart Skin Organics will not accept liability. It is possible for a delivery to be delayed for up to 14 days, however, we will always do our utmost to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible and late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement or entitle you to cancellation of your order. We will do our best to locate your parcel on your behalf. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

If an item is returned without contacting us first, then a re-stocking fee will apply.
Returns will be accepted on the basis that the returned goods have not been opened or used, and are in original and re-saleable condition, as long as the goods are returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of parcel. All cellophane wrapping and seals must be in tact and unbroken and there must be no evidence of any attempt to tamper with or open the product. All products which have been tampered with will immediately be returned to the sender. Shipping charges, including return postage, will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error. All postage costs are to be paid by the buyer and all change of mind returned goods will be refunded minus delivery and will incur a 10% handling and re-stocking fee.
It is important to us that every product we stock meets the highest standards and all goods are meticulously checked before they are sent out. However, if your products were damaged during transit, we are happy to replace the item/s and will ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.

A brief explanatory note with your name, order number and the reason for the return will allow us to expedite the process. We strongly advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.
